Create Your Account

By the end of this page you have a Grafilab account, you are signed in to the console, and your wallet has a currency — which is what every later purchase depends on.

• An email address at a real domain. Temporary and disposable mail providers are rejected at signup.
• The country you want to be billed in. It sets your wallet’s currency permanently and cannot be skipped.

1. Go to https://app.grafilab.ai/login?tab=signup. The form is headed Create Account.

2. Fill the form:

   • Username — your display name in the console.
   • Country — already filled in from your IP address, so check it before moving on. It stamps your wallet’s currency, which is fixed from then on — see Credits & Billing.
   • Email and Password. The password needs at least 8 characters, and at least one digit, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one special character.
   • The confirm-password field, labelled New Confirm Password.
   • The Cloudflare captcha checkbox below the fields.

3. Click Sign Up. A toast reads “Registration successful! Log in to get started.” and the page switches to the login tab. There is no email-verification step to clear — the account is usable immediately.

4. Enter your email and password under Welcome Back! and click Sign In. You land on the console Home dashboard.

Google is the only social login, and the button lives on the Login tab only — there is no Google option on the Sign Up tab. Click Sign in with Google below the or continue with divider and complete the Google prompt; the first time through, Grafilab creates the account for you.

For accounts created this way your username is your email address. A Google account carries no country, so your first sign-in lands on the profile-completion screen below. You can also link Google to an existing account later from My Settings.

Any account without a country is held on the Select Your Country page until it has one — a Google sign-in most often, but any account missing the field.

1. On Select Your Country — “Choose your country so we can display pricing and billing in the appropriate currency.” — pick your country from the list.

2. Click Continue. You land on the console dashboard, with a wallet in that country’s currency. Use a different account signs you out instead, if you arrived as the wrong user.

Until the country is set, nothing else in the console opens and no purchase will go through.

If someone sends you a Grafilab link with ?ref= on the end, or a https://app.grafilab.ai/signup/<code> link, the sign-up form shows who invited you and pre-fills a read-only Referral Code field. Leave it as it is — it’s filled from the link and cannot be edited.

Attribution happens only when the account is created, so a referral code cannot be added later. A code that has expired or been mistyped is ignored; it never blocks your sign-up.

You are done when the console header shows Current Balance with an amount and a currency symbol, and My Settings shows your country. A balance of zero is expected on a new account — a currency that is present is the thing that matters, because it is what Credits & Billing needs.

“Temporary or disposable email addresses aren’t allowed.” The domain you used is on the disposable-provider list. Sign up with a personal or work address instead.

You can’t remember your password. Click Forgot Password? on the login tab. Grafilab emails a reset link that opens the reset page; the new password must meet the same rules as at signup. Repeated attempts from the same address are throttled, so wait a minute rather than retrying in a loop.

Google sign-in reports the account is already connected. That Google identity is linked to a different Grafilab account. Sign in to the other account, or use the email-and-password form with the address you originally registered.
